What is my background?

I’m an Online Business Developer with over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Leadership. For more than 8 years, I served in Chief Roles, leading multimillion-dollar businesses and building high-performing teams of up to 60 people.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed over $10M+ in paid media spend across multiple channels — and I know exactly how each one performs, how to optimise campaigns, and how to ensure every dollar drives measurable profit. I’ve also developed and maintained 50+ B2B partnerships, negotiating long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations that generated consistent growth and sustainability.

Efficiency, data clarity, and aligned incentives are the cornerstones of my approach. I design systems where every process — from marketing to operations — is connected, measurable, and profit-focused.

Why I Do What I Do

After years of running multimillion-dollar companies, I became frustrated with the theatre of modern marketing — over-promising agencies, inconsistent freelancers, and chaotic budgets that burn cash without accountability.
